Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager – Compassionate Leadership Starts Here

Location: Complete Care at Plainfield, NJ

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | On-Call Requirements

Pay: Daily Pay Option Available

At Complete Care at Plainfield, our residents are family—and we treat our team the same way. We’re looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager who leads with compassion and provides exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise nursing staff and oversee daily care routines
Conduct rounds and ensure high-quality, resident-centered care
Educate staff, residents, and families as needed
Develop and update individualized care plans
Coordinate with physicians and ensure compliance with regulations

Qualifications:

RN license in New Jersey (required)
Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
Long-term care and supervisory experience preferred
Strong communication and leadership skills
LPNs may be considered based on experience
